Can I change my address of my order?

If your order has already been processed and shipped, don’t worry, you can return your order and receive a refund!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
Do you charge tax?
Currently, we do not charge tax. You’re welcome mama!
How do I use a discount/promo code?
After you have selected your items and are ready to checkout, please enter the code in the area listed as “Discount” above the subtotal of your order, then press apply. Your new total will reflect the discount applied to your order. You cannot use more than one discount or promo code on a purchase.
How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders within 1 business day. Your shipment should arrive to you within 2-6 business days, depending on where you live. So get ready for amazing comfort and fit, delivered right to your home.
How can I track my order?
We ship our packages via DHL and will email your tracking number within 2 days of placing your order during the business week. Your tracking email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order over the weekend or on a holiday, please allow for extra time. If you want to change the shipping address after your order been shipped or simply learn the whereabouts of your order, please contact the carrier. DHL’s number is: 1-800-CALL DHL (1-800-225-5345)
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we are only shipping within the US. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on Navel as we grow and reach more mamas.

All Navel orders ship free of charge. Our gift to you!
What is your return policy?
We very much stand by our products. You may return your order at any point, if you are not happy with your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the return process. We will email you a prepaid return label. Returns may take up to two weeks to process depending on how quickly you ship back your order. Please note, as part of our initial offering, we are offering free returns for a limited time.

What do I do if my order is defective, damaged or incorrect?
If for any reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email email@example.com with a photo of the damage or wrong item, along with your order number. We stand by our products and will make it right. That is our promise to you.

How do I know what size I am?
To determine the the best size for you, we suggest using our Fit Guide, which is located on the Pants page under the Sizing Guide tab. The Fit Guide provides easy instructions to measure yourself and determine what size to order. Once you have your measurements, use the Sizing Guide to decide which size is best for your body. My size is out of stock?
We strive to avoid this from happening, but due to demand, certain sizes may run out. What can we say? Our products are amazing! Please send us an email at email@example.com, along with the size you want, and we’ll be sure to notify you as soon as your size is available.
Where are Navel pants made?
We are proud to manufacture Navel pants in the USA, in downtown Los Angeles, California.
Are Navel pants only for new moms?
No. We developed them with new moms in mind, but we’ve heard many Mamas love them.
Will Navel sell other products?
Yes. As we complete the debut of our first pair of pants, our team is already working hard to create our next set of new Mama focused products for Spring 2017.
What is the Navel community? How can I get involved?
